ABOUT
The Group-A Racing Driver Development Program was created in 2012 with Chinese international driver Jackie Ding being the first to participate. It was created for drivers that are not ready/eligible for pro racing level yet due to experience or budget at this time. We then create a program for you with pro racing people surrounding you to get you ready for that step in a quick and efficient manner. With this we provide:
Private on track coaching to speed up the drivers on track development
Off track coaching educating the driver and family on how the industry works, marketing partners, B2B etc.
Special discounts with Lucas Oil School & Lucas Oil Formula Car Series
Driver management, what steps to do when, where, why etc.
Discounts on race gear with Bell & MIR
Discount on drivers first F4 US or Radical Cup Test
Access to the team’s F4 & Radical Cup events giving behind the scenes experiences
With this we protect the drivers and families from the very common pitfalls in motorsports saving them from mistakes that cost a lot of time and a tremendous amount of money.
With the private coaching we provide, the rate of the driver’s development is quite vast. What usually takes a driver 2 - 3 years to learn on their own they learn in 1 year with our involvement. Again, this saves the driver/families a tremendous amount of money in the long run, plus headaches since everything is being done correctly for the beginning.
The Lucas Oil Series has become a fantastic program from all aspects. Equal cars, proper data, video, car reliability etc. The drivers that are involved with us get 20% off their schools. For the race series our drivers receive special prices & terms as well.
The drivers who do the full season in our development program also receive 20% discount off a 2 day F4 or Radical Cup test with us after the season ends. The school has a 2 step program. First the 2 day basic school & then 2 day advanced. After they are completed the drivers receives a competition license. With your experience you will definitely need to do at least the advanced, you may have to do both the basic and advanced.
Our part time race series drivers receive discounts off the cost of Lucas Oil Formula Car Races. Our full time drivers receive special prizes and payment structure. Some of our program’s alumni are, but not limited to: Jackie Ding, Cameron Tedder, Ethan Billions, Cameron Das, Robert Torres, Dillon Newell and more.
